This year was so hectic we didn't have a birthday party for Jhanna. But I don't think she minded that much. Radu's parents came the weekend before and took her shopping for her birthday. She picked a few toys. Including a doll wearing a tiger costume. Jhanna calls it her tiger baby. Nora also made a Russian style dessert cake for her. Unfortunately, the girls didn't like it. Natasha said it was the most disgusting cake ever. Well you can't win them all. Jhanna really loves tinkerbelle. In fact that is what we got her for her birthday. Nora was trying to make a ballon thing like on the new Tinkerbelle movie. Then on her birthday grandma and grandpa invited her over for homemade ice cream and presents. She really had fun with her grandpa. But I had promised her a tinkerbelle cake. I had even bought the pan. So I made it on a Thanksgiving to share with Aunt Chris since it was her birthday. I feel bad about not having a party but she was happy anyways. She really liked her cake and I think it turned out pretty well. I can't believe my baby is three.
