Kate and I made the boys carve pumpkins for the kids. I did roast pumpkin seeds for them though. The kids and I grew the pumpkins in our garden. We had one plant and ended up with eight pumpkins. Radu was not interested in having to carve that many so we shared with our friends. Now that Halloween is over I am cooking the pumpkins for pumpkin bread, cookies and maybe if I get really ambitious pumpkin pie. I am going to freeze most of it and use later through out the year.
