Cutting License

Natasha got some homework from her speech class so she can practice her "s". She is actually doing quite well. I am pleased with the progress she has made. She wanted to cut out the little pictures. She informed me not to worry because she has her "cutting license". She went on to explain that she was learning how to cut at school and when you do it right Miss Jeanne gives you your cutting license so you can cut out your pictures at school.
